4. Provide a facility that meets the needs and preferences of todayS and tomorrows faculty, alumni and students.
   These include:
    
   1. Provide building plans and configurations designed to meet the specific needs of faculty and alumni.
   2. Provide building plans the students want as follows:
       
      1. Private bedrooms.
      2. Private baths.
      3. A variety of units housing 1-4 students Larger units would accommodate more students if REQUIRED
      4. Provide space alternatives for group study and social activities.
5. Provide quality housing alternatives at a competitive price to enhance the concept of on-campus living for the university community.

The concept drawings submitted are intended to set the highest standard of functionality, design and quality.
